This site started life as a semi-regular feature over in Dan’s Livejournal. When he was having crappy days — most of the time, given his employment situation — he would fire off a bullet-pointed list of the things that were pissing him off that day. It was actually, a pretty popular set of entries and spun off this site.

Dan worked it for awhile and then the site went fallow, like many of his other web projects do. But like all of them, it’s come back, because I have things to hate. You have things to hate. And misery loves company the Internet.

Then, to ensure a good balance of hatred, Dan brought in more writers in early 2008.  Vitriol commenced.
